BTS, I hope you don’t waste your efforts on the controversy over the song’s hoarding.I was struck by my conviction.

With the group BTS taking the grand prize in the music category following the list for the “2020 Golden Disk” music category, it gave a shot at hoarding music.

The 34th “Golden Disk Awards with Tiktok” was held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul on May 5.

On the same day, BTS also won the grand prize in the music category following the award ceremony for the music sector. BTS, in particular, also won the Bonn Award, Popularity Award and the Fancy Choice K-pop Star Award before the target, proving its popularity.

RM, who received the prize, said, “This honor is thanks to all of you watching. I was so happy last year. I worked hard and I loved you all,” he said.

“I remember exactly seeing producer Bang Si-hyuk 10 years ago,” he said. “(Our) 2010s were full of the name BTS. In the 2020s, I hope the name Ami is also full of them. I will write this book in your name,” he said to fans.

Above all, RM recently spoke about the controversial hoarding of music.

RM said, “I want to say one more thing. We’re lucky to be in the spotlight with the help and good luck of many people, and we’re doing what we want to say and music. But even if it doesn’t, there are a lot of artists who really do music with their heart,” he said, adding, “I hope that the resonance, effort and sincerity of those artists will reach the public in a fair, just and not in vain.” I hope the mistake ends in 2010 and there will be many better things to do in the 2020s,” he said.

Finally, RM expressed his gratitude to his colleagues, saying, “I always appreciate and love many musicians who are inspired and imitated.”

Previously, BTS Jin also expressed his belief in hoarding music.

At the “2019 MAMA” held on Dec. 4 last year, Jin said after winning the “Song of the Year” award, “The BTS team really works hard to make songs. So many artists here are making good songs. I hope that the songs will be recognized and listened to a world will come. I like negative ways, but why don’t we make good music in a more honest way?” he said. “I hope there will come an era where everyone does good music and listens to good music.”

Also present as the winner of the “Best O.S.T. Award,” Peng Su met with his dream BTS.

“I couldn’t sleep because I was so excited and nervous,” Pengsu said. “I had a surprise meeting with BTS because of my seniors I wanted to meet in Antarctica.

Meeting Peng, BTS said, “Penguin!” and said, “I know Penguin very well. He is the most famous animal in Korea right now,” he said.

Peng Su responded by saying, “It’s an honor to meet our seniors like this,” and performed BTS’ hit song “IDOL” dance.

Peng Shu also said, “I have a wish,” and asked me to dance “Poetry for Small Things.” BTS drew attention by presenting the “Poetry for Small Things” dance with Peng Su, saying, “Of course.”

BTS to finalize the fine for keyboard warrior… “The legal response cycle will be shortened from next year.”

Big Hit Entertainment, the group’s BTS agency, said it will take tough legal action against malicious posts that defame the artist.

On Wednesday, the agency said in its official position that some of the suspects were sentenced to a fixed fine, based on information from fans and evidence data collected through self-monitoring last year.

“We submitted a complaint based on newly obtained evidence in the second half of this year in accordance with the regular legal action procedures established internally, and the investigation agency recently launched an official investigation.”

In particular, the agency said it plans to take a tougher stance to protect artists by shortening the legal response cycle from next year, stressing that there will be no agreement or leniency in the future, as has been the rule so far.

Currently, BTS is working on the project with the aim of releasing a new report next year.

Below is the full text of Big Hit Entertainment’s official position.

Hello, I’m Big Hit Entertainment.

We regularly take legal action against BTS for malicious slander, false information, insults and defamation posts. This is to inform you of the progress that has been made.

As announced in November 2018 and August 2019, we submitted to the investigation agency the evidence data collected through our fans’ tip-offs and self-monitoring, and the agency secured the identity of a number of suspects who wrote malicious postings. As a result, a majority of the suspects have been investigated by investigators or are facing an investigation, and some have been sentenced to fines. We inform you that it is difficult to disclose the specific process or progress made at the request of the investigative agency, but the punishment is being carried out sequentially.

In addition, the company submitted a complaint based on newly obtained malicious post data in the second half of this year in accordance with the regular legal response procedures established internally, and the investigation agency recently launched an official investigation.

Legal action against such malicious postings is conducted by our legal team. Complaints filed by third parties, including fans, can be difficult considering the busy schedules of artists because the victim, the artist himself, is a police presence and investigation principle. As a result, I would like to say that it is difficult for the company to cooperate and provide support for a third party complaint, such as an individual or a group.

We will continue to take legal action on a regular basis through our fans’ information and self-monitoring. In particular, from next year, we will be more aggressive in protecting artists by reducing the frequency of legal action. Please inform us with your Big Hit legal response account.

As is the principle so far, there is no agreement or leniency in the course of future lawsuits. We will continue to strive to protect the rights and interests of artists. Thank you.
